Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a Business & Systems Analyst (BSA) in Doha to bridge business operations with Finance, Tax and IT integration teams. You will document AS-IS/TO-BE processes, define business and system requirements, and support data mappings, testing and go-live activities.

The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, with experience in billing lifecycles, ERP platforms and integration technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoice-to-cash, and finance transformation.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and regulatory change programs.
• Experience in tax technology and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct workshops with business operations, finance, tax, and IT teams.
• Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes across billing and finance.
• Define detailed business and system requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate data mappings for source-to-target systems and interfaces.
• Support testing, deployment and hypercare activities.
