Job summary

Engineering Consultancy in Doha, Qatar seeks an Environmental Engineer (UPDA Grade A) to lead environmental engineering aspects for permanent, full-time projects. Immediate start, NOC required, locally available in Qatar.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, expertise in EIA/EMP, field investigations, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to align environmental solutions with project design and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in environmental engineering.
• Experience with EIA/EMP and mitigation for infra/construction.
• Field investigations and site assessments.
• Prepare technical reports and client/regulator proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed environmental solutions.
• Knowledge of Qatar environmental legislation and international standards.
• Degree in Environmental Engineering (BSc/MSc).
• UPDA Grade A certification mandatory.
• Valid NOC; available to join immediately in Qatar.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER (UPDA GRADE A)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental engineering — Engineering Consultancy or PMC background preferred
• Experience in environmental impact assessments, environmental management plans, and mitigation strategies for infrastructure and construction projects
• Ability to conduct field investigations and site assessments to support project evaluations
• Experience in preparing technical reports and proposals for clients and regulatory bodies
• Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate environmental solutions into project design
• Familiar with Qatar environmental legislation and international environmental standards
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering — mandatory
• MMUP / UPDA Grade A — Environmental Engineering — mandatory
• Valid NOC mandatory — candidates must be locally available in Qatar and able to join immediately upon selection.
