Job summary

Avanta Works in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is hiring an entry-level Concierge Assistant (Indian Nationals Only). You will greet guests, assist with luggage, answer inquiries, and coordinate reservations and transport, supporting a friendly, multicultural hotel team.

No prior experience is required and visa sponsorship is offered for candidates living outside Qatar. This role offers training and development opportunities and a chance to start a career in hospitality in a dynamic destination.

Qualifications

• Indian nationality is a must for this position.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
• No previous experience is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and information about the hotel's facilities and services.
• Assisting guests with their luggage and directing them to their rooms.
• Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
• Making reservations for restaurants, spa services, tours, or activities as requested by guests.
• Coordinating transportation services for guests including airport transfers and car rentals.
• Maintaining an organized and clean concierge desk area at all times.
• Keeping up-to-date with local events and attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
