Qatar Airways Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework. The role drives risk identification, assessment, and mitigation in line with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required with minimum years of experience.
• Experience implementing ISO 31000:2018 risk management frameworks.
• Experience applying COSO ERM principles in large organizations.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of a robust ERM framework aligned with ISO 31000:2018 and Group ERM standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate strategic, operational, compliance and financial risks.
• Validate risk register data with Risk Champions to ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior leadership, operations teams and risk committees.
