Job summary

Starlink Qatar is seeking an experienced IoT Product Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise IoT platforms and connectivity services. You will shape product strategy, governance, and commercial performance across large-scale IoT and smart infrastructure programs.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Enterprise Sales, Operations, and external partners to ensure deployment success, service governance, customer satisfaction, and continuous enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field (Telecommunications/CS/IT/Engineering).
• 8+ years in IoT product management, telecom product management, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IoT platforms and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise IoT platforms and connectivity management solutions.
• Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive product commercialization including pricing strategy, revenue growth and margins.
• Lead GTM planning and enable enterprise sales activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Technology, Operations, Enterprise Sales, Vendors and Partners.
• Govern post-deployment operations for large-scale IoT and smart infrastructure programs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLA compliance and customer experience; drive improvements.
