Job summary

ConFlip in Lusail seeks an Assistant Baker (English speaking) to support daily bakery operations, ensure quality products, and delight customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must be from Pakistan or an African country.
• Baking experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and baking breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistent quality.
• Monitor inventory and inform supervisors when low.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and storage.
• Provide friendly customer service and take orders.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to develop new recipes or improve existing ones.
