ConFlip in Lusail seeks an Assistant Baker (English speaking) to support daily bakery operations, ensure quality products, and delight customers.

Candidates from Pakistan or African countries are welcome; no prior baking experience required. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety guidelines.

Salary is 1600 USD per month; housing is not provided, you must arrange your own accommodation.

Formación

Assistant Baker (English speaking)

The Assistant Baker will assist in the daily operations of a bakery in Lusail, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction. This position is open to English speaking candidates from Pakistan or African countries, with or without prior experience in baking. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, have a strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and baking a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
• Monitor inventory levels and inform superiors when supplies are running low
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including storage areas for ingredients and finished products
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service by answering questions about products and taking orders
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones
• Help with packaging finished products for display or sale

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Must be from Pakistan or an African country (preference)
• Previous experience in baking is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
