Job summary

BuySphere Retail Staffing seeks a skilled Baker Assistant to join our team in Lusail. You will work alongside experienced bakers to assist in preparing and producing baked goods.

This is a part-time position and does not include accommodation. Responsibilities include assisting with measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients, operating ovens, mixers, and proofing machines, rolling dough, shaping pastries, decorating, and maintaining a hygienic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a baker assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
