Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, seeks a facilities leader to manage engineering operations, budgets and long-term asset care at a premier luxury hotel in Doha. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems while driving energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 3 years in engineering/maintenance.
HVAC‑R/electrical/plumbing technical training.
Alternative: 2‑year degree with 1 year of engineering/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Manages the physical plant including equipment, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Ensures regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
Develops project plans for renovation or new construction needs.
Oversees maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space and restaurants.
Monitors energy use and recommends conservation measures.
