Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in curriculum coordination or instructional leadership in an international school.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment frameworks, and instructional practices.
• Demonstrated experience coaching teachers and improving classroom performance.
• Experience with curriculum mapping, educational planning, and student performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous review of the American curriculum across assigned grade levels.
• Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to ensure curriculum alignment with standards and best practices.
• Support teachers through instructional coaching, mentoring, observations, and feedback.
• Develop strategies to improve student achievement and academic outcomes.
• Coordinate curriculum mapping, assessment planning, and instructional resources.
• Monitor teaching quality and ensure delivery of curriculum objectives.
• Analyse student performance data to identify trends and interventions.
• Plan and facilitate professional development sessions for staff.
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and integration of educational technology.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and school policies.
• Work with department heads and school leaders to achieve academic goals.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the school.
