Job summary

Hilton in Doha is seeking a skilled Electrician for a full-time, on-site role to maintain the hotel's electrical systems and overall facilities. You’ll ensure safety, reliability, and readiness of guest areas and back‑of‑house spaces to support exceptional guest experiences.

As an Engineer, you’ll respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and document inspections and repairs. Your work across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry helps keep the property running smoothly

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance and safety compliance.
• Ability to perform multi-trade maintenance tasks across buildings.
• Willingness to work on-site in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities and ensure physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests and team member work orders promptly and effectively.
• Perform maintenance across areas including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry.

Typical day responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
