Job summary

Elegancia Facilities Management seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage hospital electrical maintenance in a Qatar facility, ensuring safe and reliable operation of LV/MV systems, generators, UPS, ATS, emergency power, lighting and distribution boards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 3-5+ years in electrical maintenance, hospital/FM/MEP experience, and fluent Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Hospital/healthcare facility experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Facility Management / MEP experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English; Arabic is mandatory.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a critical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital electrical systems.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensure reliable operation of LV/MV systems, generators, UPS, ATS, emergency power systems, lighting, and distribution boards.
• Monitor equipment performance and keep critical systems operational.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and hospital stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, safety standards, and hospital requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
• Respond to electrical emergencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
