Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering seeks a senior Dynamics 365 CE/CRM developer to design, build, and optimize solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You will implement plugins, workflows, and integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable deployments.

The role requires 5-8 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development, strong C#/.NET skills, and PL-400 certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
Hands-on experience with C# and .NET development.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom D365 CE solutions.
Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflow activities, and automations using C# and .NET.
Build PCF controls to enhance user experience.
Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions.
Configure forms, views, dashboards, and security roles in D365 CE.
Design and develop integrations with REST/Web APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
Support data migration and deployment across environments.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with consultants, architects, stakeholders, and project teams.
Prepare technical design documents and maintain development standards.
