Qualifications

• Polite and business-like demeanor while on duty.
• Pleasant and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing sales at every available opportunity while delivering high service levels.
• Merchandise the shop as per layout and keep shelves stocked.
• Acknowledge customers, establish needs and demonstrate FAB of merchandise.
• Guide customers to other departments when appropriate and assist under pressure.
• Identify customer needs and maximize selling opportunities.
