Job summary

Path2Success is seeking a Messenger to support the Finance and Operations teams in Doha, Qatar. The role involves handling petty cash, banking tasks, and assisting new staff with relocation and accommodation needs.

The incumbent will also manage vehicle registrations, upkeep, and transport staff between accommodations and production sites, while mentoring new Messengers and reporting vehicle performance to management.

Responsibilities

• En-cash petty cash cheques as instructed by the accountant from other ABA divisions
• Support Finance Team in submitting and collecting cash, cheques, and documents to and from the bank
• Transport staff between accommodation and production sites
• Facilitate medical and visa documentation for new staff
• Assist new staff with basic accommodation needs
• Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registration
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Coordinator or Finance Team
• Observe and analyze vehicle performance and report to management
• Mentor new Messengers as required
