Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years real estate sales experience.
• Strong closing skills and client-facing experience.
• Understanding of Qatar/Middle East property market.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Deeply understand the prospective client requirements and recommend suitable solutions for property purchase & Investment.
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to conclude successful transactions.
• Coordinate with Banks, financial institutions and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
• Monitor real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide informed advice.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline through CRM systems.
