Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a Night Auditor for our Doha property to ensure accurate financial record-keeping during the night shift and provide courteous guest service. You will reconcile transactions, generate daily reports, and assist guests with requests while maintaining security and control of cash operations.

The ideal candidate has accounting or front desk experience, strong numerical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting or front desk operations.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS is preferred.
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile nightly financial transactions.
• Prepare daily occupancy, revenue, and expense reports.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and messages.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor hotel security cameras for guest safety.
