Job summary

Want More in Doha, Qatar seeks a diligent Night Auditor for a luxury hotel. You will reconcile nightly transactions, manage guest accounts, and ensure financial accuracy while supporting check-in/out during night hours.

Responsibilities include auditing room charges, payments, and adjustments, generating daily revenue reports, and handling guest inquiries with professional service. Opera or Fidelio proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or similar role in a hotel setting is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills with an attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio.
• Must be able to work night shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to management.
• Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle cash transactions, including making change, processing credit card payments, and balancing cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
