Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify all guest accounts and transactions from the day's business
• Prepare daily reports, including revenue summaries and occupancy statistics
• Balance cash drawers, credit card transactions, and direct bill receivables
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns during the night shift
• Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and employees
• Check in late arriving guests and assist with any special requests or needs
• Conduct end-of-day procedures to close out business day

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Night Auditor in a hotel setting
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Flexible schedule to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
