Job summary

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced ITS Engineer - ICT, seconded to a government client in Doha, Qatar. You will support the Senior ICT Engineer to maintain and enhance the RMC ITS infrastructure, data centres, and network environments, ensuring high availability and strong security.

The role requires 10+ years in ICT infrastructure with at least 5 years in related specialist work, a Bachelor's degree in engineering/IT, and CCNA certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure
• 5+ years in ICT infrastructure specialist roles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, CS or related field
• Chartered Membership advantageous

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure availability of ICT infrastructure and data centre environments.
• Monitor and manage network performance, security and resilience for ITS/RMC.
• Provide guidance on ICT architecture, hosting options and cloud readiness.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Support incident resolution and troubleshooting across RMC and DR data centres.
• Assist in planning upgrades, capacity and backups for critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and change controls.
