Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate is an Indian national with strong English and at least five years’ leadership experience in hospitality. You will manage staff, budgets and guest satisfaction to ensure smooth operations from front desk to F&B and maintenance.

Note: accommodation is not provided; candidates must reside in Doha or relocate independently. Salary is $1500 per month.

Qualifications

• Indian national preferred with valid work visa for Qatar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.
• Excellent English speaking skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proven track record of maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Financial management experience including budget creation and cost control measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all departments within the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
• Create and maintain budgets for each department to ensure profitability.
• Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and reviews.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are being met.
• Collaborate with sales teams to attract new business opportunities.
