Job summary

Ammico in Doha seeks a Proposals Engineer to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals for geotechnical and marine projects. This full-time, on-site role supports tender analysis, cost estimation, and scheduling while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.

You will prepare technical and commercial submissions, ensure client-spec compliance, and maintain bid templates to drive efficiency and win rates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in proposals, tendering, or estimation within construction, geotechnical, or marine projects.
Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills with attention to deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and familiarity with tender portals.
Excellent written and verbal English; regional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Review tender documents and extract technical and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
Prepare detailed proposal documentation including technical write-ups, cost estimates, and schedules.
Support sales activities with bid clarifications and client queries.
Maintain proposal records and update templates to improve bid quality.
