Responsibilities

• The Sous Chef will work under the Head Chef and will support in preparing, cooking, delivering and presenting a broad range of menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for various special occasions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training, supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff and for leading, motivating and inspiring them.
