Job summary

KristiesLab in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships from brief to final report. You will plan integrated communications across PR, influencers, digital, content and events, serving as the Doha liaison and coordinating daily with our Beirut team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, communications or integrated marketing, ideally in an agency.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Experience in Qatar or Gulf media and influencer landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients in Qatar, including corporate and semi-government clients.
• Lead onboarding, briefing sessions, kick-off meetings and regular status reviews.
• Attend client meetings in person and be on-ground at events and activations in Doha.
• Follow client satisfaction and the quality of the work delivered.
• Coordinate and review integrated campaigns across PR, influencers, digital and content.
• Coordinate with the Lebanon office to align on creative, production and delivery.
