Job summary

KristiesLab in Doha is seeking an experienced accounts manager to lead client relationships across Qatar, coordinating with our Beirut team on campaigns.

You will oversee briefs, approvals, and performance reviews for PR, influencer, digital and events, while ensuring high client satisfaction. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong writing skills, and readiness to travel for on-site events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, communications or integrated marketing.
• Experience working in Qatar or the Gulf, with good knowledge of local media and influencer landscape.
• Based in Doha, or willing to relocate.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong writing and presentation skills: briefs, recaps, proposals and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients in Qatar including corporate and semi-government clients.
• Lead onboarding briefing sessions, kick-off meetings and regular status reviews.
• Attend client meetings in person and be on-ground at events and activations in Doha.
• Prepare integrated communications plans covering PR, marketing, influencers, digital and content.
• Coordinate with the Lebanon office on briefs, timelines and approvals.
• Spot new opportunities with existing clients in Qatar and participate in pitches.
