Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledgeable with international cuisine and special diets.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Flexibility with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor food stock levels, order supplies and maintain records of orders placed.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared quickly and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Liaise with other departments within the restaurant as needed.
