You will lead kitchen staff, monitor stock levels, and ensure high quality meals for customers, combining efficiency with attention to detail and a friendly, team-oriented approach.

On-site role with a monthly salary of 1,200 QAR.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Passionate about food preparation with an eye for detail when it comes to presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues alike is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various dishes according to recipes given by the Head Chef
• Ensure that all ingredients are stored and handled correctly according to health regulations
• Monitor food stock levels regularly, ensuring that all items are of the highest quality
• Manage kitchen staff in order to deliver meals on time and with excellent presentation
• Maintain high levels of hygiene in all areas within the kitchen
• Prepare menus based on customer requests or personal creations as requested by the Head Chef.
