Job summary

Finch in Doha is seeking a Social Media Account Executive to lead client relationships and craft bilingual social media strategies. You will coordinate with internal creatives to deliver timely content calendars and engaging posts in Arabic and English, across multiple platforms.

The role requires a bachelor’s in marketing or related field and at least 3 years in social media management, preferably in an agency setting. On-site position with a dynamic team in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of social media management or content coordination.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Must hold a valid Qatar Residency Permit.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for social media clients.
• Develop and present content calendars aligned with client brand objectives.
• Create engaging platform-appropriate content in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and editors to ensure timely content delivery.
• Manage scheduling and publishing across platforms.
• Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends and best practices.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns as needed.
