Job summary

You will oversee BOQs, tender documentation, interim valuations, and final account preparations, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders across disciplines while upholding KEO’s standards of integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
• Proficiency in tender document preparation, BOQ, interim payment evaluation, and final account preparation

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from inception to close-out
• Oversee procurement, quantity surveying, cost management and contract administration
• Prepare, review and finalise tender documentation and BOQs
• Provide commercial guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate contractual records and ensure compliance with HSE policies
