Job summary

PRO-Global Search in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Senior Legal Manager to support major pipeline, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the CIS region. The role focuses on construction and commercial contracts, corporate law, claims and dispute resolution, and day-to-day legal support for cross-border projects governed by English law.

The successful candidate will report to the Legal Director and collaborate with project, commercial, procurement, finance, and executive teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Experience supporting construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience drafting and negotiating EPC and procurement contracts.
• KYC and due diligence experience.
• Knowledge of English law and common law principles.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer construction, EPC, and procurement contracts.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from tender to close-out.
• Handle contractual claims, disputes, extensions of time, and change orders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to project and finance teams.
• Prepare corporate documentation for international group companies.
• Support governance matters and cross-border transactions.
• Perform due diligence and KYC reviews.
• Ensure compliance with English law and international standards.
• Coordinate with external counsel on disputes and jurisdiction issues.
• Develop and maintain legal templates and contract governance.
• Report risks to senior management.
