• Strong track record handling disputes, arbitration and litigation.
• Solid expertise in corporate and commercial law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal leadership across a broad range of business activities.
• Advise senior management on key legal and commercial issues.
• Support major projects and business operations while managing legal risk.
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and oversee external counsel.
• Represent the company in disputes and arbitration as needed.
