Job summary

Sheraton Doha Hotel is seeking a non-management Full Time team member to handle opening and closing duties, cash handling, MICROS transactions, and guest service at the front of the house. You will count banks, prepare reports, and support management with staffing and training tasks to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Excellent communication, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of related experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
• Record transactions in MICROS system and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain professional communication at all times.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees; act as a role model.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
