Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and guest service in hotel outlets in Doha. You will prepare and present high-quality beverages, follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

The role focuses on warm, attentive service, efficient stock and equipment handling, and contributing to a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in barista roles or hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel outlet environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation & Quality: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate espresso extraction, milk steaming, basic latte art, and beverage presentation.
• Ensure beverage consistency in taste, temperature, portioning, and presentation.
