Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a Full Time, non-management cashier to support front-line service in a luxury hotel environment. You will handle opening/closing duties, process MICROS transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling practices on Ras Abu Abboud Street in Doha.

Assist management with hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met. Uphold brand standards, teamwork, and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
• Record MICROS transactions and manage bank procedures; prepare reports and ensure accuracy.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching employees, and motivating the team.
• Provide courteous guest service and uphold safety and security policies and company standards.
