Job summary

Match Performance is partnering with a leading banking organisation in Qatar to appoint a Programme Director to lead a major transformation. You will own delivery, manage transitions from external consultants, and oversee governance and assurance across multiple workstreams.

This is a senior leadership role requiring credibility, delivery focus and the ability to drive organisational change with senior executives and partners in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• What candidates must have: extensive programme leadership in large-scale transformations.
• Experience in banking/financial services environments and governance.
• Proven ability to drive multi-workstream delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall leadership and accountability for delivery of a complex transformation programme in a banking environment.
• Orchestrate transition of delivery ownership from external consultants to internal teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Establish governance, reporting and assurance for senior stakeholders.
• Lead multiple workstreams with cross-functional collaboration across functions, tech and partners.
