Job summary

Avanta Works in Doha, Qatar is seeking a qualified Dietitian to provide nutritional counseling and develop personalized dietary plans for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an accredited university.
• At least three years of experience in dietetics/nutrition counseling or related field.
• Registration with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners as a Dietitian.
• Knowledgeable in food service operations and menu planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nutrition counseling and therapy to clients using current evidence-based techniques.
• Develop nutrition education programs tailored to meet the needs of clients.
• Monitor progress of clients and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
• Evaluate dietary intake of clients using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with other health care providers to ensure client's nutritional needs are met.
• Educate clients on healthy eating habits, proper nutrition and lifestyle modifications.
• Keep up-to-date with current nutrition research.

We are currently looking for an experienced, qualified Dietitian to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional advice and developing dietary plans to meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time role, with a salary of 1000 per month. We also welcome immigrants who are able to relocate to Doha and meet the requirements of the role.
