The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or a related field. They will have a strong knowledge of nutrition principles, as well as the ability to educate clients on diet-related matters. The successful applicant should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The successful applicant must be able to:

• assess the dietary needs of individuals and families;
• create meal plans;
• monitor patients’ progress;
• provide advice on nutrition-related topics such as weight loss or food allergies;
• keep up to date with developments in nutrition research;
• work with other healthcare professionals such as doctors and physical therapists;
• and interact with clients in an empathetic manner.
