The Ned Doha in Doha’s iconic former Ministry of Interior building hosts Cecconi’s, a contemporary Italian restaurant known for timeless recipes and vibrant energy.

We seek a Demi Chef de Partie to support and lead in a high-end kitchen, delivering authentic Italian dishes and maintaining strict HACCP standards. You will mentor juniors and collaborate with the culinary team to craft memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a luxury hotel or upscale dining venue.
• Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta, sauces, antipasti and traditional techniques.
• Passion for fresh ingredients, authentic flavors and culinary excellence.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety and HACCP standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to high standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared efficiently for service.
• Assist in maintaining food cost controls and minimizing waste.
• Monitor stock levels and proper storage/handling of ingredients.
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
