The Ned Doha invites applications for a Commis Chef to join our luxury hospitality kitchen in Doha. You will assist in preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards and support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth daily operations.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef in luxury hospitality.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to work.
• Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Support the kitchen team during service and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
