Job summary

Zuma Restaurant in Doha is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support our vibrant kitchen and deliver the Zuma experience at scale. You will assist in ingredient prep, handle basic cooking tasks under supervision, and help maintain spotless, safe workstations.

A passion for Japanese cuisine and high-volume luxury service is essential. You'll join a world-class team with formal training, global opportunities, and strong recognition programs as part of the Azumi collection.

Qualifications

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in preparing ingredients, including chopping,slicing, and measuring, to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Handle basic cooking tasks, such as grilling,frying, or baking, under the supervision of senior chefs
• Maintain cleanliness, organize workstations, andfollow hygiene and safety standards
• To consistently strive for quality of service andconsistency in our experience to our guests
