Job summary

Malomatia is seeking a Delivery Leader – Application Development to oversee end-to-end SDLC for the custom application portfolio. You will lead delivery teams, ensure quality and efficiency, and collaborate with the Practice Leader to enhance processes and team capabilities in alignment with client needs.

The role requires extensive IT management experience, strong Scrum leadership, and hands-on integration of Java/.NET services, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices to drive successful project

Qualifications

• 12 years of information technology management experience with focus on application development
• At least 8 years of experience in managing a Scrum project/team through all phases of the SDLC
• University degree in Computer Science, MIS or IT from a recognized university

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management and oversight of end-to-end SDLC
• Provide strategic and technical leadership to delivery teams
• Oversee project estimation, budgeting, and governance
• Drive process improvement and capability development within the Delivery Unit
• Oversee client interactions, escalation management, and quality assurance
• Ensure optimal billability and utilization across projects
