Job summary

Mindstream in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Data Platform Administrator to manage and optimize our on-premises and cloud data platforms. This role focuses on reliability, security, and scalable data pipelines, with hands-on work across Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, and data lake storage.

The candidate will monitor performance, manage access controls, and implement backup/recovery strategies, reporting directly to the data platform team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and Python for automation and scripting.
• Knowledge of RBAC, IAM, data security, and governance practices.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database.
