Job summary

Almarai is hiring a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (Sales) Coordinator in Qatar to drive dairy quality and food safety across the sales region. You will ensure compliance with ISO standards and support audits to continuously improve processes.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards in quality management and environmental sustainability within a dynamic sales environment. The candidate should have a Diploma in Food Science, 1–2 years of dairy quality experience, HACCP/ISO

Qualifications

Diploma in Food Science or related field in food manufacturing.
1–2 years of experience ensuring dairy quality and food safety.
Experience implementing environmental management systems and HACCP/ISO standards.
Certification in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 is preferred.
Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent communication in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Ensuring effective implementation and compliance with quality, food safety and environmental regulations in the region.
Implementing standards, policies, and procedures to meet consumer and customer expectations.
Full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018.
Supporting systems audits and leading continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
Promoting an organizational culture based on quality, food safety and environmental sustainability.
