Job summary

Emerson in Doha is seeking a QHSE Engineer to lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the facility, driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental performance. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with deep knowledge of QMS, HSE management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading quality audits and corrective actions, with ISO 9001 familiarity.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Doha facility.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with statutory bodies for audits and approvals.
• Implement and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs aligned with MEA objectives.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and JSA processes.
• Ensure calibration systems and measurement equipment are maintained and in control.
• Prepare and communicate quality and ESH performance data and reports.
