Responsibilities

• Execute branch cash and teller-related transactions and ensure compliance with approved policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Balance the cash at end of day and ensure total cash aligns with the general ledger.
• Submit teller end-of-day reports with accuracy and completeness.
• Highlight excess/short cash per policy and procedures.
• Resolve teller transaction issues and customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Engage in resolving common customer problems and escalate where needed.
• Report to Head Teller with issues and improvement suggestions.
