Overview

Bank Teller. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking services while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and services
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products to customers
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepancies
• Follow all bank policies and procedures to maintain security of customer accounts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong numerical aptitude
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with banking software is a plus

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar

Preference: Indian nationality
