Job summary

QNB Group is seeking an Associate, Corporate Social Responsibility to support and maintain ties with entities across the Group and implement the CSR strategy in Qatar.

The role covers budgeting, KPI development, and monitoring of CSR performance, while coordinating activities with business units, auditors and regulators. The candidate will help design CSR reporting, engage NGOs, and promote best practices across the Group. English and Arabic skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications.
• No experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Assertive interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships across the company and external CSR community.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with eye for detail.
• Flexible team player.
• Ability to listen and communicate to create clarity and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Shareholder & Financial: Implement CSR budgets and KPI monitoring.
• Customer: Maintain regular contact with Business Heads and auditors; assist with product inquiries.
• Internal: Design CSR processes, reporting, and relationship strategies.
• Learning: Stay updated on global CSR best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Legal/Risk: Ensure compliance with group policies and conduct risk.
• Other: Maintain confidentiality and support management requests.
