Job summary

The incumbent will assist, develop and maintain the existing ties with all entities involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) related activities across the Group and implement the Group’s CSR strategy.

Key responsibilities include budgeting for CSR, KPI monitoring, stakeholder engagement with internal/external partners, and ensuring compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Assertive interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Resilient, able to work to deadlines and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist, develop and maintain CSR relations across the Group.
• Implement CSR budgets to support communications strategy.
• Create KPIs for performance monitoring of CSR activities.
• Provide data to auditors and Compliance as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection standards.
• Engage with NGOs and advocacy groups on CSR issues.
