Job summary

ISS International SpA seeks an experienced Cost Management Analyst in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on monitoring and optimizing costs, with accountability for budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting to the management team.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fertilizer sector, with strong SAP S4/HANA and Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience; fertilizer industry preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficient in Power BI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and manage institutional costs to ensure financial efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the focal point for all cost-related matters within FN.
• Perform daily monitoring, tracking, and monthly cost management deliverables.
• Lead regular meetings with Head of section and finance controlling manager.
• Prepare annual cost management plan and model.
