Job summary

ISS International SpA is seeking a highly motivated Cost Controller to join our client in Qatar. The role centers on monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the financial performance of major projects, ensuring budgets and forecasts are met and aligned with financial policies.

The position requires extensive experience in fertilizer/petrochemical projects, strong cost control capabilities, and proficient invoicing validation with EPCC terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in Fertilizer or Petrochemical Major Projects Execution.
• Strong cost control and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with EPCC contracts and vendor invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report the cost performance of Major Projects against budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain CBS/WBS-aligned cost plans and baseline budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variances, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Validate invoices from EPCC Contractors and Subcontractors against contracts and progress.
• Support payment processing with Procurement and Finance teams and maintain auditable records.
